House of Shalom Therapeutic Services is dedicated to creating space for individuals who have long felt the need to minimize themselves in environments that don't accommodate their true selves. We offer neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed care, providing essential mental health support for adults ready to move beyond mere survival and begin living authentically from the inside out. Shalom embodies wholeness — where nothing is missing and nothing is broken. That's the essence of our work.

At House of Shalom Therapeutic Services, we start where you are, not where anyone thinks you should be. Our approach to mental health support is somatic, culturally responsive, and rooted in the understanding that your nervous system tells a story worth listening to. Whether you're seeking a diagnostic assessment, individual therapy, or both, the process moves at your pace — without pressure to perform wellness before you've had a chance to find it.

Levarine Graham, MSW, LISW, is the founder and sole clinician at House of Shalom Therapeutic Services. With specialized training in adult neurodivergent assessment (Cherry AADI certified), Brainspotting, and somatic modalities, she brings both clinical depth and a lived understanding to her mental health support work. Her practice is founded on a simple conviction: you don't need to be fixed. You need to be known.

The Cherry Adult ADHD-Autism Diagnostic Interview (Cherry AADI) is a comprehensive clinical assessment tailored specifically for adults. Unlike many tools focused on childhood presentations, the Cherry AADI is grounded in the realities of how ADHD and Autism manifest in adult life — including the ways they can be masked, misinterpreted, or overlooked for decades.
As a structured clinical interview rather than a simple checklist or online quiz, this assessment evaluates attention patterns, social communication, sensory processing, executive functioning, and behavioral history, adhering to both ICD-11 and DSM-5-TR diagnostic criteria. It also screens for co-occurring mental health conditions — such as anxiety, depression, and OCD — ensuring that nothing is missed and nothing is misdiagnosed.
At House of Shalom Therapeutic Services, the Cherry AADI is conducted by a certified clinician. After the assessment, you will receive a detailed written diagnostic report with findings, a strengths-based profile, and actionable clinical recommendations, reinforcing our commitment to providing comprehensive mental health support.
Individual therapy at House of Shalom Therapeutic Services is a space designed for you — not a version of you that's easier for others to manage. Our sessions are grounded in somatic and trauma-informed approaches, emphasizing attention to what your body holds alongside what your mind carries. Brainspotting and other body-based modalities may be integrated into the work when appropriate.
Whether you're navigating late-identified neurodivergence, processing a lifetime of masking, working through relational or complex trauma, or simply seeking to understand yourself more clearly — this is a place to explore that without the pressure to demonstrate progress before you've actually found it.
At House of Shalom, mental health support moves at your pace.
Trauma doesn't always manifest in ways that people expect — and it isn't always labeled correctly. At House of Shalom Therapeutic Services, we provide trauma-informed care that acknowledges how your experiences have influenced your nervous system, relationships, and approach to the world. Through somatic modalities and Brainspotting, we explore the deeper aspects of your story where the body retains this trauma. This process involves slow, thoughtful, and meaningful work — and you don't need to have the perfect words to begin your journey toward mental health support.
Athletes are trained to perform — and that same training can make it hard to ask for help, acknowledge burnout, or recognize when the pressure has become too much. At House of Shalom Therapeutic Services, certified Sports Social Worker Levarine brings specialized understanding of athletic culture, identity, performance anxiety, career transitions, and the unique ways mental health support emerges when your worth is tied to your physical abilities. Whether you're competing, recovering, or exploring who you are beyond the sport — this is a space for that.
Men are often taught to manage, push through, and figure it out alone — which means a lot goes unaddressed for a long time. At House of Shalom Therapeutic Services, we have created a space for men who are ready to do something different. Whether you're carrying stress, grief, relational strain, identity questions, or patterns you can't seem to break, our mental health support is direct, practical, and free of judgment. You don't have to perform strength to be here. You already are.
House of Shalom Therapeutic Services is currently accepting the following insurances for individual therapy: Aetna, Anthem BCBS, Cigna, Carelon, and The Health Plan. For the Cherry AADI (ADHD & Autism Assessment), we accept HSA/FSA, Private Pay, and Payment Plans. At this time, it is not covered by insurance.
